Revolve Wellness Studios, (“Revolve”), is committed to keeping all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure, and private. Our privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated with Revolve of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

THEREFORE, this Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to Revolve, and thus it shall govern all data collection and usage thereof. Through the use of Revolve.net and the Revolve Wellness Suites (a.k.a. Revolve Wellness Studios) app, you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

Collection of Information

Revolve collects various types of information, including voluntarily provided information which may include your name, address, email address, billing and/or credit card information etc… that may be used when you purchase products and/or services and to deliver the services you have requested.  Please note that the payment information you provide is stored by our credit card processing merchant on their servers and not in the same database as the app data, which is stored on an Amazon Web Services server.

Please rest assured that this site shall only collect personal information that you knowingly and willingly provide by way of surveys, completed membership forms, and emails. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested, and any additional uses specifically provided on this site.

It is highly recommended and suggested that you review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent to better understand the way in which other websites garner, make use of and share information collected.

Use of Information Collected

Revolve may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our business to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available. Revolve may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Revolve does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

Revolve may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required to:

  • Remain in conformance with any decrees, laws and/or statutes or in an effort to comply with any process which may be served upon Revolve and/or our website;
  • Maintain, safeguard and/or preserve all the rights and/or property of Revolve; and,
  • Perform under demanding conditions to safeguard the personal safety of users of Revolve.net and/or the public.

Google Calendar Integration 

Revolve provides an optional Google Calendar integration that allows users to add their Revolve studio reservations to their personal Google Calendar.

Information We Collect 

When a user chooses to connect Google Calendar and grants permission through Google’s authorization process, Revolve receives and stores the following information required to maintain the Google Calendar connection:

  • Google Access Token
  • Google Refresh Token
  • Google Token Expiry Information

These tokens are authentication credentials provided through Google’s OAuth authorization process. Revolve does not collect or store the user’s Google Account password.

How We Use Google Calendar Information

Revolve uses the Google Calendar authorization solely to add the user’s Revolve studio reservation to the user’s Google Calendar.

When a user authorizes Google Calendar access, Revolve may create a calendar event containing information about the user’s Revolve reservation, such as the reservation date, time, and relevant booking details.

Revolve does not use the Google Calendar authorization to read, modify, delete, or manage the user’s existing Google Calendar events.

Revolve does not use Google Calendar information for advertising, targeted advertising, marketing, selling user data, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Google Calendar synchronization feature.

Storage of Google Calendar Authorization Information

Revolve stores the Google Access Token, Google Refresh Token, and Google Token Expiry Information on its servers so that Revolve can maintain the user’s authorized Google Calendar connection and add reservation events when required.

These authentication credentials are treated as sensitive information. Revolve takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Optional Google Calendar Connection

Google Calendar integration is optional. Users can use Revolve’s studio rental and reservation services without connecting their Google Calendar.

The user’s Google Calendar is accessed only after the user explicitly authorizes Revolve through Google’s OAuth consent screen.

Revoking Google Calendar Access

Users can revoke Revolve’s Google Calendar authorization at any time through their Google Account settings.

After authorization is revoked, Revolve will no longer be able to use the revoked authorization to add new reservation events to the user’s Google Calendar.

Users may also contact Revolve to request that their stored Google Calendar authorization information be removed, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Google User Data

Revolve’s access to and use of information obtained through Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Revolve only requests and uses Google Calendar access that is necessary to provide the optional Google Calendar synchronization feature described in this Privacy Policy.

Revolve does not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or data brokerage purposes.

Children Under Age of 13

Revolve does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

Messaging

The app uses text and email messaging to communicate with users.  Examples include your registration code, reservation status and reminder, overdue payment, et al.  All users of our app have the option to discontinue receiving communications. To discontinue or unsubscribe from messaging, edit your profile in the app under Communications, uncheck the appropriate box(es), and save.  To opt back in, check the box(es) and save.  Alternately, you can enter STOP in any text message to opt-out or HELP to get further instructions. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Our website does contain links to affiliate and other websites. Revolve does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by Revolve.

Security

Revolve shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural, and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control. 

The company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.

Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement

Revolve reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website and app, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time Revolve decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this website and app, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the this Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our website and app. In addition, your continued use of our website and app following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you agree and acceptance such changes.
