We provide flexible options starting at just 1 hour up to full-day rentals. No contract is required to get started building your fitness business. Studios range from a private room for $17 per hour to group fitness rooms from $32 per hour. These spaces accommodate your needs from Personal Training sessions to large Group Classes.

Studio 8 has 8 Schwinn IC Pro20 bikes. This studio is perfect for instructors wanting to start their own classes or just you and your friends, or stream a class on our 65” TV.  The rate is $42 per hour with the bikes or $27 per hour without.

The Personal Training Room contains three areas (Free Weights, Functional Fitness, and TRX) that can be rented individually for $25 per hour, or rent the entire room for $55 per hour.

Spa-like Wellness Rooms are perfect for Acupuncture, Massage and aesthetic services and are available for $15 per hour.
