You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Services or use them for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
2. Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Services are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
If you choose to receive SMS (Short Message Service) communications from us, the following terms apply:
a. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
b. Message Frequency and Type
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Services. Typically, you can expect to receive 1–4 messages per week depending on the number of reservations you make. Message types include account creation, reservation status (add, update, reminder, and cancellation), overddue payment, et al.
c. Opt-In Process
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by:
- Checking the appropriate opt-in box in your profile on the app or during account sign-up,
- Sending the keyword “START” to our main telephone number, or
- Providing your name and mobile number in an email to info@revolve.net indicating your desire to opt-in to messaging.
d. Opt-Out Process
You may opt-out to receive SMS messages by:
- Checking the appropriate opt-out box in your profile on the app,
- Replying with the keyword “STOP” to any text you receive from Revolve, or
- Providing your name and mobile number in an email to info@revolve.net indicating your desire to opt-out of messaging.
e. Help
For assistance, reply “HELP” to any SMS message or contact our customer support at info@revolve.net or call our main phone number.
f. Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider. Our SMS messages may not be supported on all devices or by all carriers. We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of messages.
g. Your Responsibilities
You certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and number you provide and that you are authorized to approve any applicable charges.
h. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. SMS messaging data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for customer support, service updates, and marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to us or others.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
